Description

Bring filtered drinking water and everyday kitchen convenience together with the Bright Water Filters V-3E under-sink system and brushed chrome magnetic pull-out tap. The bundle combines a three-cartridge water filter with a three-way kitchen tap, giving you hot, cold and filtered water from one fitting.

The V-3E uses polypropylene, coconut activated carbon and ultrafiltration cartridges across five filtration stages. These work together to capture sediment, reduce chlorine and unwanted odours, and provide fine filtration for better-tasting water for drinking and cooking. The system operates without an additional pump or electrical supply.

The solid stainless steel tap features a 360° swivel spout and a black silicone pull-out hose. Its magnetic pull-out design provides flexible reach for rinsing and cleaning around the sink. The spray nozzle uses regular hot and cold water, bypassing the filtered supply so you do not use filtered water unnecessarily when washing up.

The bundle comes with three pre-installed filter cartridges, 600mm flexible tap hoses and installation accessories, including food-grade PE tubing. An installation guide and email support are available to help with setup.

Flush the system for 5–10 minutes after installation and before first use. Filtration performance changes over time, so maintain the cartridges according to the product guidance and your local water conditions.

How it works

Ultrafiltration for highly purified water.

Our long-life scale filter also removes all rust particles, heavy metals, microplastics, chlorine and residual fluoride, pesticides, PFAs and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). How do I know it will fit?

Can I fit it myself?

Most customers do, using the supplied fittings, the installation guide and our demonstration videos. If you would rather not, add professional installation for £120 — available in Sussex, Kent and South London through our partner PHD24.

Does filtering remove the minerals too?

No. Where filtration is involved, our ultrafiltration process uses hydrostatic pressure rather than stripping the water bare, so calcium and magnesium stay in while contaminants such as bacteria, microplastics, heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride residue, pesticides, PFAs and VOCs are reduced.

How often do cartridges need changing?

For products with replaceable cartridges, this depends on the cartridge type: as a guide, PP sediment every 6–8 months, activated carbon every 6 months and ultrafiltration every 12 months, depending on water hardness. We send you a reminder, and cartridges snap in without tools.

What if I change my mind?

We offer a 90-day money back policy on most products. Non-faulty items should be returned unopened, for health and safety reasons and to protect the hygienic integrity of the filter.
